Warranty Coverage 

Xavier Franks Limited provides this warranty for the Voglio Lighting Collection to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three years from the date of purchase. 

Consumer Guarantees Act Compliance (New Zealand Purchasers) 

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Under the CGA, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your product is faulty or does not meet reasonable expectations, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under New Zealand law. 

What This Warranty Covers 

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion: 

• Repair the product, or 

• Replace the product with an equivalent item, or 

• Offer a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible. 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover 

This warranty does not cover: 

• Normal wear and tear. 

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents. 

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. 

• Products used outside of their intended purpose. 

Making a Warranty Claim 

To make a claim under this warranty, you must: 

1. Contact us at voglio@xavierfranks.com with details of the issue. 

2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). 

3. Return the product to the showroom of purchase if required. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies stated in this warranty. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of the product.
